Body Part Isolation vs. Complicated Movements in Strength Coaching.

"What exercise am I able to do to isolate my _______ ( insert your muscle of choice abs, quads, biceps, triceps, etc ) ?". My first reply to this query is always "Why worldwide would you wish to isolate it?". Fundamentally , you are creating a body that may be a compilation of body parts, rather than a tough, functional unit that works together. Now if you need to finish up hobbling around in a body bandaged up with joint problems, tendonitis, and excess fat, then by all means, continue trying to 'isolate' body parts.
